All I'm going to do is cut and paste and repost from one site to the other - if you want to help doing that, it would be great - as you might be able to see, as I cut and paste I am deleting the posts and then deleting the catogories. How I do it, is I open two windows - one for the old site and one for the new site, I then highlight the text, with the right mouse mutton I select copy (or cut), then go to the new site and select new post, and paste the old post right into the new forum.
